Stayed here for two nights because we had a medical procedure in D.C. and the gentleman at the front office Kibrom was kind enough to give us an hour late check out and even offered us two bottles of water while we were waiting in the lobby for our flight which wasn’t until later in the afternoon. We were offered complementary breakfast because they offer that to Veterans. It was refreshing to experience great hospitality and customer service in an industry that seems like it’s going far from these two tenets. The staff in the dining room were polite and friendly. Great customer service by Kibrom at the reception desk. Rooms were clean and had everything we were hoping for. Thanks for the stay. We will come back.

All around great experience and value. Room was immaculately clean and spacious. Upscale furnishings and bathroom. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Ideal location - walking distance to Metro and everything in Foggy Bottom, West End, and Golden Triangle.

This hotel is everything!!!! The price is very affordable for the location! Rooms are super clean, staff is so friendly!!! The service here is much better than the more expensive hotels!! It’s such a pleasure to come here from out of town, find an affordable luxury place to stay, and able to afford the many things we got to do!! I also love that they accept Cash App for deposits because I hate using my bank card due to so many scams!! I will highly recommend to all of my family and friends!!! Thank you and please don’t ever change!!! This will be my place every time we come back to DC!! It’s literally close to EVERYTHING!!!!

Excellent hotel in a prime location near the Mall, making it easy to reach the city’s main attractions on foot. Free street parking was widely available. Rooms were clean, well organized, and fully equipped with all essentials, including an iron. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I really appreciated the windowed bathroom. Breakfast was included and, although minimal, it was more than enough to start the day. in-room coffee and a welcome bottle of water were a nice touch. Overall, a great quality-price ratio and a true “champion of essentials.”

Absolutely loved it. Everyone was so nice and the location perfect . We came to see the monks walk for peace in 2026 and it was close to the events and university. Room was super spacious and great for sharing. A kitchen and even dressing room. Sparkling clean bathroom and super comfortable bed. Highly recommend this place.

I loved it. The rooms were very spacious and clean The staff was amazing Cristy was so helpful when we had a problem she was on it diligently thank you. you are amazing Gerald was so nice and helpful with directions closes places for dinner they truly took the time and were so caring to help give them a raise They are 5 star employees

I liked the friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The kitchen that came with the deluxe king room was very convenient, as was the dressing/ makeup room. The staff cleaned and restocked our room without being asked to which was wonderful.
